Awww, shucks!

Squee! I am so grateful to have received a "Stylish Blogger" award from the Also Very Stylish Bloggers llevinso and Kate Evangelista. Many thanks! I so appreciate your readership & this warm welcome to the blogging community. (In the true spirit of stylishness, am going to pretend I am even wearing something stylish, instead of sitting here at my laptop in my usual grubby old sweater and jeans).

  1. Oh dear. Well...clearly I am no fashionista (except in the blogging sense). Due in large part to...
  2. Being a stay-at-home mom of two kids, one very large dog, one betta fish, and one surviving sea monkey (for whom you should probably send healing thoughts).
  3. In another life I might have liked to be a librarian (the old fashioned kind) or a country-western singer (also the old fashioned kind).
  4. I've recently gotten a little bit addicted to twitter (feel free to come find me there - @occasionallyzen).
  5. I seem to have stopped going to yoga class though I like to think I will go back someday.
  6. Not big on categorical limitations, for example, Love both Downton Abbey and Battlestar Galactica.
  7. I'm relatively new to blogging, but I just love it & love getting to know some other fabulous bloggers, such as those listed below.
