Thrills and Chills: Trespass, The Ghost Orchid

In this novel, Rose Tremain explores the concept of "trespass" in its many facets: territorial, physical, emotional, and psychological. The trespasses the already-tormented characters (two sets of siblings, and a lover) commit against each other lead to building tension over property, affections and self-determination, ultimately resulting in a terrible crime, and then healing.
