  1. I really enjoyed this piece - and the book goes straight on my amazon list.

To my knowledge the only modern authors who use pseudonyms are where two writers co-author and choose a name together, ie, Nicci French = Nicci Gerrard and Sean French, or where an author hasn't quite broken through using their original name, and has been relaunched with another (too diplomatic to give an example here!).

  2. I do think you would enjoy it. Very interesting example of a team of authors! Ciuraru did mention a few other examples in her introduction(Stephen King wrote briefly as Richard Bachman) and I believe also Nora Roberts, but in the internet day and age, less useful for privacy and more for writing outside of genre, or for a very prolific writer, to not compete against oneself.
