Special thanks today to Dorothee, for including yesterday's photo (Dewdrops) in her wonderful collage of photos and paintings from Thirty Photos/Thirty Days bloggers.
!! Gorgeous photo! I love the colors!
ReplyDelete:D Thanks, Audra!
DeleteLight does incredible things to stained glass. Very nice photo!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Evelyn!
DeleteLovely photo. I like how it isn't immediately obvious that it's stained glass because of the angle of the photo. It almost looks like little boxes because of the bezel on the glass. Or is it the lead cames?
ReplyDeleteThanks, yes, it is the lead - it's a wonderful effect, angles/shadows, etc, and the glass is very old, giving it a beautiful uneven, imperfect quality
DeleteI love the imperfections of old glass. Still have a few wavery panes in some of my windows, and it's a sad moment when one breaks, since they are irreplaceable.
